The index is a column that acts as its primary key (meaning it should never repeat).An index may be a:

timestamp

date

time

row_id

event_id

user_id

transaction_id

item_id

Each row of the dataset will represent a unique event, transaction, user, item, etc. of said index.Meaning that data producers will set a price to their rows- the price per row (ppr).
In the case of an instagram influencer selling their analytics, the row may represent a post or a day of activity, hence the ppr will reflect what they believe the price of each post or day of activity should be.We want to make sure you have a very clear image of the data quality in the purchase you are about to make.
